Seat bolster, 35mm, 6 hours after treatment
Kyiv interior restoration studio
Pricing is confirmed after inspection. See the full service breakdown.
01 / Protocol
Every cabin passes inspection, a material test, the treatment itself and a quality check. No product touches a surface before the swatch test is approved.
We map soil type, wear lines and earlier treatments panel by panel. Seats, headliner, door cards and boot trim are recorded separately, so the estimate reflects the actual condition of the cabin.
Material constraintCracked coated leather and lifting headliner adhesive are photographed before any work starts.
Alcantara, suede, open-pore wood and older vinyl are tested on a hidden area first. Heat level, dwell time and dilution are locked to that result before the full panel is treated.
Material constraintDelaminating trim, unsealed stitching and aftermarket wraps may be excluded from wet cleaning.
Upholstery extraction, surface treatment and odour management run in sequence, with drying time between passes. Paint protection is applied separately and only on corrected panels.
Material constraintOdour treatment can reduce embedded smells but cannot guarantee full removal when the source sits in foam or the ventilation ducts.
Panels are checked under a fixed lamp, then compared against the intake photos. You receive the log with the finished work and a short care note for the next three months.
Material constraintA panel that fails the check returns to stage three the same day, at no extra charge.
Final price is confirmed after the inspection, with inclusions and exclusions written on the estimate. Book an inspection at the Kyiv studio.
02 / Treatment matrix
Rows show what we treat, how the process runs, and how long the cabin stays with us. Durations are typical for a mid-size sedan in Kyiv. Final scope and price are confirmed after inspection.
| Track | Process | Duration | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upholstery cleaning | Hidden-seam material test first, then foam extraction on fabric or a pH-neutral wipe on leather, closed with a dry-cycle check on seams and bolsters. | 4-6 h | Core |
| Surface treatment | Trim, dashboard and console panels are cleaned with tools matched to the finish, then dressed matte without silicone shine. | 2-3 h | Standard |
| Odor management | We locate the source, treat the cabin and the ventilation path, and log condition before and after the cycle. | 3-5 h | Conditional |
| Cabin detailing | Full vacuum, vent brushing, glass polish inside, and a final walkthrough with you under studio light. | 2-4 h | Add-on |
Odor treatment may reduce odors in the cabin but does not guarantee elimination. Results depend on the source, which we document during inspection.
03 / Evidence log
Every cabin we treat produces a test swatch and a written note: condition on arrival, process applied, result measured. Dated entries below are copied from the studio ledger.
